Ingredients:-
Water -3/4 cup
Wheat flour -1 1/2 cup
Ginger -a small piece
Garlic -1 garlic glove
Green chilli -1
Garam masala -1/2 tsp
Curd -1tbsp
Salt -1/2 tsp
Oil or Ghee

Keep spinach and water in the stove and allow it to boil or till the spinach becomes tender.Blend it in a blender together with ginger,garlic and green chilli.Take the wheat flour in a big bowl.Add garam masala powder,curd,salt to this.Add the spinach puree little by little to this.Knead it well.At the end ,you can add 1/2 tsp of oil to get fluffy parathas.Keep it for 15min.
After 15 min,knead it again for a min.Make small balls of it .Each ball makes each paratha.Take each ball and dip it in dry wheat flour.Sprinkle some wheat flour on a dry rough surface.Now place these balls on the surface and roll it out into a thin round using a rolling pin.Heat tawa (griddle)on medium flame.Sprinkle some water and see whether the water is evaporating quickly.If so its ready to put parathas.
Cook for 40-45 sec or till the underside have a few brown small spots.
Turn it over and cook till some small bubbles form.Grease this side with some ghee or oil.Turn over again.With a spatula or kitchen towel lightly press the first side.Remove from fire and serve hot.
