Quail (kada) fry
Ingredients:.
Quail -4
Pepper powder -3 tbsp
Chilli powder -1 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric powder -1 tsp
Garam masala powder -2 tsp
Ginger paste -1 tbsp
Garlic paste -1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
Wash the quail thoroughly.Prick it with a fork all over .
Make paste of pepper powder,chilli powder,turmeric powder,garam masala powder,ginger and garlic paste and salt with little water.Marinate the quails with this paste and let it stand for an hour or so.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan.Fry each quail and serve.

Wow....what a tempting pic...you know what, quail fry is one that i came across many a time, heard about it alot, but somehow couldnt eat it!!Its always served at parties back home and i dono something kept me away from that bird....Adipoli pic..

i don't think we get quail in India (maybe not legal) the recipe wud go well for chicken too, and looks yum. also, you present the dishes quite well!
