Actually am not sure what to call this snack.Its shape is very much similar to a pyramid and orginated in my mother's kitchen during my childhood.It is really delicious.Even though I hated idlis those days,still fought with my siblings to get more share of this snack without knowing that it was from the left over idlis and thick chutney of the mornings..
Ingredients:
Idlis
Oil for frying
Ghee -1 tbsp
Thick chutney
Procedure:
Divide the idlis into 6 equal parts.Heat oil and ghee in a frying pan.Deep fry the idli pieces .Serve hot
with topped chutney
