Avocado is a complete food filled with Vitamin A,Vitamin B,Folic acid,Vitamin C,Vitamin E,calcium,iron ,pottassium etc.It's an ideal fruit for diabetics and hypoglycemics.Like banana,the density of avocado flesh is filling and acts as a digestive slow burning fuel,providing energy for growing children.
With avocado we can make a milkshake.Ingredients:
Avocado -1Cold milk -2 glasses
Vanilla ice cream(optional) -1 scoopful
Sugar -3 tbsp
Procedure:
Cut the avocado half lengthwise and remove the pit.
Extract the inner pulp with a spoon.Put this pulp along with sugar and half glass milk in the blender.Blend it well.Add the remaining milk and ice cream.Again blend it.Serve chilled
